Q: Do you still make the Aquawinder?

A: No, all of our Aquawinder models have been discontinued.  If you are looking for an automatic rewind model, please check out our Suncast Powerwind®(PW100).

Q: Do I need to winterize my Suncast® hose reel?

A: Suncast® hose reels are built to last! However, if you live in an area that experiences freezing temperatures in the winter, we suggest winterizing your Hose Reel to ensure it is ready to go when spring rolls around.  Not sure where to start?  Check out this video to guide you through the process: How to winterize your Suncast® Hose Reel.

Q: Can I swap the crank handle from one side of the unit to the other?

A: Unfortunately, this is not a feature we offer on our models at this time.
