All Suncast sheds require a sturdy, level foundation, constructed of either wood or concrete. We provide instructions for both foundation types, but leave it up to our customers to choose which one of these foundations works best for them.

• It prevents the unit from shifting over time.

• Helps distribute the load of the shed evenly across all sides.

• Allows the doors of the shed to close properly.

• It provides a stable structure for the shed to be anchored to
